With the oncoming Winter lurking, I have been craving soup like crazy, and have been thus far very courageous in my soup attempts, and have not been living by recipes.
I have made vegetable and bean soup, turkey chili, and veggie/sausage/penne minestrone thus far. I am either lucky or talented (leaning more toward lucky) that everything has been delicious so far. However, I fear the unknown!
With my soup endeavors just beginning, does anyone have good combinations? Or the opposite? I just tried kale in my minestrone, and it was an excellent green to throw in!
