6  Simple Ottoman in Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General by Lizlo on: July 31, 2008 10:26:21 AM
I was dumping my trash in the dumpsters of my apartment complex and I found a nice gold frame with four legs that looked like it was either a very short table or an ottoman.  I thought it was super cool so I figured I could recycle it and make something with it.

It was sitting in my apartment for about six months until I got myself wood, a power saw, fabric and batting.

It was super simple since I already had the frame of the base.  All I had to do was saw the wood to size, use the staple gun to cover it with fabric and batting and screw it on the the frame I recycled.

Here it is!!

7  Project Runway Rip-off in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by Lizlo on: April 25, 2008 11:08:21 AM
I ripped this hoddie off of Chris on Project Runway.  He made it for the episode in which they had to dress the women wrestlers.  I LOVED the hoddie he made, and I made one similar... Hope you like:

10  My version of the Monster Wreath! in Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General by Lizlo on: January 28, 2008 10:03:05 AM
I made this monster wreath like two years ago and found these photos as I was looking through my computer files.

I know these have been made by a lot of people in many variations... but I haven't seen one with a bow yet!
