this was the skirt I did 3 weeks ago ,

Not at all , honest, I love to hear what every one is up to , some times I get a bit behind and when you read others post or see there pic's you soon get back on track , I have 2 grown DD and 2 DGD [ 1,7 years and  1, 8 months ]who I sew things for , this last week I have finished 2 a funky skirts for DD2 and a black silk jacket for me and a pair a grey trousers ,next I'm working on a fall skirt using colours that we see this time of the year , but as I'm away for a week it will be a bit before I get on to it ,
This skirt is worn on the hips and is made in bungee , the panels are a] cream silk Dupont

b] a charcoal silk that has a gold silk thread embroidered leaves over the charcoal silk
then heam on the cream has a charcoal velvet zig zag ribbon sewn over it , down the side of the cream are 5 gold buttons and all the top stitching is cream silk thread

In New Zealand winter will soon be here so I have started on a few things , here are my new pants  They are Velvet
