Here's my bomb girl, a few months old..  It is meant to resemble graffiti on a wall, as it's based on a Banksy work.  It represents a number of things to me, but is most definitely not meant to be a pro-war statement. Didn't go down too well in Japan, though..

The second is a little older, and I got after a paticularly messy break-up. It's one of those nice, positive affirmations that is good to look at on the days that the black cloud is messing with my head. The picture is a dodgy webcam one, though, and does the tattoo no justice.

What a strange yet oddly delicious sounding combination, yum!  I'll have to try this next time the weather cools down a bit here.

I can't get vital wheat gluten where I live, but can get high gluten flour.  I have tried making seitan based on this but have gotten generally horrific results.  I really don't want to wash it continuously under water as we are experiencing a quite severe drought at the moment.  Any other suggestions or should I abandon  my interest in seitan (hehe) altogether?

I've got some pretty tasty veggie Italian recipes, minestrone and other soups, pastas and lasagnas.  Also some completely delish native Australian stuff.  To me, they are pretty same old same old.  But then I found that your list of your 'usual' foods made me hungry, so if any of it appeals, please let me know!  I also have a huge range of chilli/curry/salad/bake sort of dishes. 

A veggo ready-steady-cook would be awesome, based on what is currently in our fridges and pantries.

I made a risotto with field mushrooms, lemon, pecorino and baby spinach.  It was delicious!

I usually make a kind of Mexican themed frittata with vintage chedddar, potatoes, corn, red onion, red capsicum, fresh coriander and chopped up chipotle chillies.  It's really tasty and cheap, too!
