I'm knitting some of these socks too. i had issues with yarn choice and gauge but 4th cast on and attempt they seem to be working so far!! YAY i'm onto the leg of my first sock.
Easy pattern and works up fast.

4  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / Re: ok, i've cut my jammie pants pattern but now things aren't matching up on: April 25, 2009 06:53:37 PM
I haven't made this pattern before, but i've made shorts and tights before,
one should be fronts and one should be backs of the pants. The bigger i'm guessing is the rear... goodluck!

6  KNITTING / Knitalongs / Re: 3-Hour Sweater Knitalong: dare we hope? on: January 09, 2009 02:02:27 AM
i've almost completed mine version in the round...

it took me ages to try and nut out the rib raglan increases. i still didn't get it down pat. you can read about it here
http://www.ravelry.com/projects/craftywise/3-hour-sweater-1930s

i've added lacy leaves down the sides and i'm just kinda making it up as i go but i really liked the ribbed neck and that's why i decided to make this!

happy knitting!
