No one can resist the pull of new yarn! I klnow how you feel april_cocaine.
Oh well! don't feel bad..... we don't blame you! We are in the same boat! Wink

I like your pirate tea cozy.  I'm assuming for rum-spiked tea.

[edit]...my MIL decided to clean out her stash, by giving it to me! I'm not too upset - she always buys the good stuff, so I'm actually pretty excited...[/edit]

Shocked  That's quite a score!  Imagine getting someone's stash and it's not all Red Heart!!

I feel bad - i just bought a load more yarn! but, it was only 3.00 (about $6.50)! And it's in the form of two sweaters that are to be unravelled. so i'm recycling too.

Oh, I hear ya-- right after joining this KAL I bought some handspun off Etsy.  But, I did at least go get supplies for lining some of my unfinished bags this afternoon-- finally the messenger bag I crocheted over Thanksgiving weekend will see the light of day!

I want in.  I'm not going to go back and read the preceding 25 pages, but I too need to devote myself to using what I already have instead of continually buying supplies for new projects.  My apartment contains more yarn than furniture.
Is there a button for this KAL that I can post on my blog?

wow...a knockoff of a knockoff! i can't believe they're charging 7 bucks for a pattern you can get for free : )

Speaking of which, here's another eerily similar pattern from Berroco:
