How exactly do tofu fishsticks work? I'm kind of... really skeptical of tofu, but I've never had it. I'll try anything at least once, but I keep pushing tofu further back on my list of foods to try. ahah
Tofu is tricky.
Most people who hate it because they didn't like the seasoning or the texture.
If you season it with spices or sauces that you like, it'll soak up the flavour.
Without seasoning tofu is pretty bland. I don't endorse eating plain tofu, especially if you're a tofu virgin.
An easy and yummy way to cook tofu is to crumble it up and saute it with olive oil, oregano, basil and garlic, then add it to tomato sauce.
