My friend gave me this big shirt and I accepted it because it said POET... I thought about reconstructing it so when I got home I cut it up. It turns out that the measurement was totally wrong. I was aiming for a rough off-shoulder look. Now it just falls off my shoulder....

check out the "damage"....
          

I already searched through the finished reconstructions but I'm afraid the cut of the collar part is wrong... I want to make a hoodie. Is it still possible with wideness?... If not, what else can I do?

Skinny jeans here in the Philippines are sooooo darn expensive. So when my sister wanted one for their school's sports fest days, I helped her measure her pants the way you did and her pants turned out great. She sewed it by hand, by the way. Finished it in 2-3 hours.
