8  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Re: Favorite "Weird" Food? on: April 27, 2008 09:29:33 AM
HOW AWFUL.  I hate it when parents have dumb rules about eating.  I realize it is because they want their children to get over being picky and what-not, but forcing your kids to eat something for breakfast that they didn't eat at dinner, or making them clean their plates before leaving the table just encourages bad eating habits later in life.  THAT'S why Americans are so fat . . .

Or is it peanut butter with mayo?

It really doesn't matter where you from. I was born in Czech republic and my mom had the same rule. I am 120...It is not the reason why Americans are so fat. IT's what you put on that plate and how much  Roll Eyes
9  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Re: Any ideas for meals with fish that aren't so fishy!? on: April 27, 2008 08:25:22 AM
OK my ex had this thing with captain crunch cereal and his favorite was to "crunch it up", sprinkle it on the fish and bake it. It is actually excellent and delicious on any kind of white meat fish.
