you're really talented!
I'm especially fond of the stacked owls and racoon.
I'm jealous!  Your style is really great

Ohmygoodness.
You are now one of my favorite designers.
That kermit hoodie is the cutest thing ever!
I would die of love if I owned that, nonetheless made it myself!
You are so talented,
and that primary skirt is adorable how you're wearing it there!

One of every flavor would be quite a nice collection!
I can just imagine what people would say when they walked into my room!
6  CRAFTY BUSINESS ADVICE / Get Product and Website Opinions / How much would you charge? on: June 18, 2008 07:02:50 AM
Recently I've gotten into making plushie poptarts out of felt.  I'd love to sell them, but I've got no idea how much they are worth.

The size of the littler one.

Size of the bigger, newer one.

Size comparison.

Of course I would make new ones to sell, as these [namely the little one] are quite sloppy.  But its been a couple of months since I made the pink one, [I made the larger one yesterday] and I've improved a lot in my technique.

A) How much could I sell them for?
B) What improvements could I make?

How can you have a poptart without all the sugar and calories?

You get yourself a poptart plushie!

I love them!! The pink one I made the day of the superbowl, but the cookies and cream one was just made yesterday.  The smaller ones take about an hour to make, from cutting to embroidery to assembly.  The larger one takes a couple of hours.  Maybe I am just a slow sewer?

They are done completely by hand, and are made from felt.  The little one is a little ragedy because a) my friend tried to draw eyebrows on it in ballpoint. b) I accidentally left it in my pocket and it ran through the washing machine.  So little felt balls have started to form all over it an it is quite annoying.  But as long they don't go through spin cycle, these little things are so cute and fun!!

Thank you!
I don't know whether to call it a dress or a shirt,
I'm wearing denim shorts in the picture,
so I guess I wear it as a shirt!

I saw these first on Cassie K.'s website, from her line New York Couture.  They looked so simple and cute, I had to try to make one right away!  I grabbed a tshirt and some fabric, and an hour later, I had this!:

The top half, I just love this picture!

Full view in the glass, my arms are much to short to take a full shot!

The skirt part sitting down

In my opinion, every girl [and possibly every guy] in the world NEEDS one of these, they make you want to dance and twirl, they're almost magic!  You will love this, such a stress free project!

Closup of the fabric

I was so happy, I just had to dance

[EDIT///] Here are the beautiful originals!

I love Norfolk! (one of my favorite mermaids is the Go Diva inside MacArthur!)
That mermaid is really good!
I would never ever be able to do that with sand I don't think,
Really creative!
