I swear I will work on my doll, especially since I started this thread! I've been a swapping fool on swapbot lately & have let this project slide. 

I have been collecting "hair" for my doll though. I have yarn, string, fabric & dog fur.

I am such a loser. I've been so busy I forgot about this offer. (Feel free to bitch about me behind my back.) I posted it & checked back but nobody responded. Then I discovered Swapbot & haven't looked back.

I want to make one of these & will ASAP! I will absolutely start by this weekend & post my progress.

My friend is trying to help her daughter make an outfit for her Manga Character,  Luppi from the Bleach Series. As she needs a pattern to work from & I have no experience in clothing patterns I'm trying to help her find something, anything...

Any help in this would be appreciated.

p.s I agree about the critical eye that we all seem to have for our own work. We notice things that nobody else would.

It's fab! I love it. Wear it today. In fact, if it was mine I'd be wearing it with a white or black skirt to the baby shower I'm going to tonight.

I've been wanting to make this ever since I saw the article. I wanted it to be a sewalong because I'm always interested in what people pick for embellishment.

For size reasons I would want people to use this basic (very!) pattern as the base.

This is a great idea. What about having a theme? I'm currently doing this in the Crafty Daisies Summer Swap.

I hope that this one allows "craftsters who have never participated in a swap" in. Every one I've seen so far requires former swap participation...
