I would think just add a BIT of milk - like a tablespoon or something. It really didn't make sense to capitalize BIT.

HOWEVER, I did not make the raspberry butter (which sounds amazing, too bad I had no raspberries hanging out at the house.) They turned out kind of dry and not very lemon-y. I think if you add some lemon pudding mix to them they would turn out reallllly great.

Anyway, they are still delicious and I could definitely eat all of them all by myself
