When I was a little girl, I would make a treasure map before going to the beach. Then I would hide something where my "X" was and place the map in another area. I highly doubt that it ever worked, as my maps weren't exactly waterproof... and were likely never discovered... but maybe one day I could do this again for some kids at the beach.

Wow. They're both really excellent. Definitely something that would sell.
I'm terrible when it comes to painting. It just ends up a scruffy black mess.

I love how adorable this is. It's definitely one-of-a-kind and I'm sure your friend will love it!

I absolutely love the idea of this. I have some old comics lying around and I desperately want to find out how you make a sewable material out of them.
I'm very new to sewing, and I've looked all over Craftster and the net to find some kind of directions as to which "fusible interfacing" I need and how I apply it to the comic.
If you could give me a hint, I'd be very grateful.

I think our fish decided to eat some tadpoles, but we always kept them well fed, so they didn't go overboard. We have about 6 medium-sized orfe and koi.
We had an abundance of tadpoles to begin with (and they cleaned up the pond wonderfully!) but numbers dropped significantly over time. I'm not sure whether this was just natural selection, the fish or the birds that were often spotted around the pond. Either way, you lose a lot of tadpoles. It made me sad, but I think that's just how it goes.

Thanks Snootzie!
We have a pond in our garden that gets a crazy amount of frog activity. It hits about half 8 at night and over 20 frogs hop out and go hunting bugs in our grass!
More recently our tadpoles have been changing into baby froglets. I got a (bad quality) picture of one the other week. You can see how tiny he is compared to my sister's finger.
Here's the picture - http://bompity.co.uk/files/large_photos/frog.jpg
(It's pretty large!).

That is the cutest shirt! Really nice touch the way you've put the zip along the side and up the strap. I might have to try something similar for my sister!
(I also laughed my head off at your Durex wallet- that's amazing!)

I often steal the boyfriend's digicam and run around my garden taking pictures of anything colourful. Here are a few!

They are all stunning.
The shirt in the first picture looks fantastic! Very unique.
I'm also really loving the fabric in the last picture.
Wow.
