6  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / The Swap Gallery / Re: IYP 29: summer swing along Gallery on: September 13, 2016 08:21:45 PM
I'm glad you liked the duo, Candice! I was cincerned, since they're a bit toothy and a little 180 fom the style You worked this time  Grin ... so I'm glad you didn't freak out  Tongue wheww.

And also, the tea towels and the hoop (kittykill!) Made me skip a beat, love!
Cackle's painting is just so orable and sweet and LimeRiot's scarf is abolutely beautiful. I love hiw well th bracelets stacked and the dyed fabrics are just gorgeous - such beautiful shades!
It's always one of my favorite galleries to browse and never disappoints!
7  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / The birdwoman on: September 13, 2016 07:59:23 PM
I made this birdwoman, for the talented ArtsyCandice, in IYP swap. I know she loves all things bird and women-  and I tried to work that into an art doll, I would enjoy making.
She has wire body porcelain arm and feather wing, coffee dyed  (I tried  Grin )cheesecloth neck and feet and clay plague mask peak. Her body is rom wool sweater and has embroiderd stitches on it. And I love that antique lace trim Smiley

And she brought her little hungry plant pet with her  Wink - wire body, glass bead teeth (posable mouth and tongue) ... they both might be a bit on the creepy side, but i swear, they behived like perfect ladies, while staying over, so no worries!  Wink
