1  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Screen Printing: Discussion and Questions / my screen printing book-- your input! on: April 03, 2011 03:41:27 PM
hey everybody!

I'm publishing a book via blurb.com for a class I am taking at my university.
its basically a guide that i'm going to put together based on my experiences.  i wanted to include other people and gain some input if youre willing!

are there any unique hints/tips you would like to share?  your favorite part of screen printing? your least?

i was thinking about having a spread with quotes and possibly some photos.
would you like to be apart of it?

3  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Re: Rainbow Crochet Dread Extensions on: April 02, 2011 10:48:47 PM
i used to have dreads for about 5 years.. my boyfriend has had dreads for 10+.  strangely, we met on a dreadlock message board years and years ago!

so, i used to be a pretty big snob about dreadfalls because they usually look too kitschy and synethic.. but these are totally an exception to this!

and i totally understand the pain of washing dreads... but, once your scalp and hair "get used to it", you'd be surprised how little one needs to wash their hair!

eh.. im not sure about a place setting.. a spoon would just be a stick with a round top.. and a knife would basically just be a straight line with a slight curve. a plate would basically just be a circle. with a border.  Tongue
