I have my package for monkey-girl ready to send first thing tomorrow.  Some great packages are showing up here so far.  That book of childrens clothing looks like fun.  I wish I had some children to sew for again.

I finished my partners crafted item today.  It is so cute I want to keep it.  I hope monkey-girl likes it.  I hope to get everything together and ready to send by tuesday.

I must confess that I bought myself another new book when I got my partners book.  I am pretty sure she will not send me the same one though.  I just can't resist a new craft book.

I am trying to decide the best thing to craft for my partner.  For some reason I an stressing about this.  She asked for a sewn dress or skirt and I am confident that I can sew either of those.  But  I am worried about being able to make a style that she will like and making it fit her the way she likes.  I keep going back and forth between a dress and a skirt.  I have made many articles of clothing for myself and others but I have never made any clothing for a swap.  I guess that is what is stressing me clothing seems more personal than other things I have made.  I guess I need to jump right in and make something.  I have three patterns I am deciding between and I think I have the fabrics I am going to use picked out.  The rest of her package is creating itself almost.  I have some books and some supplies together.  Maybe I will start on something tomorrow.

Glad you extended the signups.  I wanted to join but just didn't have time to fill out the questionier.  I wonder how much postage is to mail to Taiwan?

This sounds fun! Only issue is - I live in Taiwan so I could only send Chinese craft books. I have bought a couple of these books myself and I can't read Chinese but I have found they all have good clear pictures and are pretty easy to follow. I was wondering if anyone would want to swap with me?

I would love to get Chinese craft books I have added several to my wist.  I haven't yet sent in my questionnaire but I am thinking about joining this.  Not that I need any more books but I do love collecting them and I get all kinds of ideas from them even if I never make the actual project.

Laurasaurus and ShannonMB I love your clever reversable aprons.  I especially like the one with the button on bib and the tomato fabric is adorable.  That Penguin fabric is very cute too.  This is a great swap so many pretty aprons.
