Made some cards today while the cold winds blew outside. Mostly pretty plain, I might add some embellishments in time, but for now, this is it...

I love flowers, I should've made my handle here as something with flowers....but...si gh I didn't....anywho....look at all my pretty flowers!!

  I bought two hair accessories ...what are these called? You put them into your hair, long hair when it's all twisted up into a bun....well anyway, I had one black and one clear. The black one I handpainted some funky design on it...and here it is!

I took a frame that was white and peeling paint, and dingy looking, and repainted it to MY liking! Sorry no before pic, but now it looks pretty.

I got the pattern from www.craftcentral.co m, it's called Roadtrip Dishcloth. I love it because it's simple. And simple is always good with me!

I had this box of Betty Crocker Apple Streusel Muffin Mix in my cupboard and I don't own too many pans let alone a muffin tin or a bread pan(yet) so I thought what could I do with this?? And the answer was to make it exactly like the box said except I used 9" round cake pans instead. Greased as usual, and poured the batter in two pans. Kinda skimpy in both but both puffed up and browned wonderfully! Mmmm can you smell the apples baking?

They came out great-delicious with coffee. They are better warm.....but tasty nonetheless! Who'd have thought???

Actually this shawl started out as a blanket LOL....but, I got tired, and made it into a shawl for my gf who is a funky girl herself. As I was making it I started thinking about all the things I 'could' be crocheting...ha ha ha~
