1  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / hey grandma, look at what i made with your nightgown... on: August 19, 2007 06:23:03 PM
it's now a bag!

i wanted to make myself a bag for school, but i didn't really have any ideas, so i just used an old nightgown. i'm pretty happy with it. it  makes me think of a purse a crazy cat lady (or molly weasley) would like.
i did not take any pictures of the inside (too dark), but it is lined with black velvetish fabric and has two pockets.

comments, questions, insults?
i love replies, they make my day Smiley
2  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / ...and there'll be rainbows. 4 recons => way too many pics. on: June 17, 2007 06:52:40 PM
Some recons... I never posted them because I didn't think they deserved their own topic, but four of them is enough to post. They're all made from oversized t-shirts found at value village. Simple stuff.. anyways.

feeling emo:

coolest pattern -ever-:

timothee (i'd so make a coat with his fur.. that was gross. sorry.):

3  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / La Bourgeoise. Skirt + Corset [picture obese] on: May 12, 2007 12:01:09 PM
This is my costume for a Carlo Goldoni play called "les cancans".
I used Roethke's tute for the corset, it took me about 4 hours to make. I think.
I made the skirt without pattern. I'm not completely satisfied with it, but since i'm going to wear it only twice, I dont really mind.

ignore my face.

maybe I should iron it

...Comments? Suggestions? Insults?
4  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / purple dinosaur hoodie! <3 on: March 17, 2007 07:08:04 PM
i just loved the fabric, even though i don't think i'll ever wear it outside my house ^^ dinosaurs rule.

5  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / hound's tooth jacket with puffy sleeves! [picture heavy] [now with crappy TUTE] on: March 11, 2007 01:23:57 PM
my first topic on craftster! yay! i've made this jacket because i needed to practice making puffy sleeves. i got the hound's tooth fabric for the ridiculous amount of 75 cents, and the checkered fabric from an old skirt.

i might ad an applique when i'm less lazy. i don't know.

any comments? criticism? ideas? insults?
