I hope this is the right place to post this...

I found this old Lisa Frank box in my basement, filled with little craft supplies (felt, buttons, yarn) and I decided to redo it a little so I could use it as a jewelry box.

Before:

After:

I did about 10 coats of paint because you could see the original pictures through it. You can sort of see it on the drawers still, but I don't really care. Then I modge podged it so the paint wouldn't chip, and added wrapping paper liners in the drawers because I thought it was cute. Smiley

Thanks for looking!

Two cats

Bunny

with a cotton tail ^_^

The one on the left is supposed to be a monster... It was for a boy so I didn't want to make a cute-sy cat or something. idk...

My favorite... mouse!

with a bow on its tail.

They were all packaged similar to this.

And that's it! I'm pretty happy with how they all came out and everyone liked them. Smiley

I used a lot of clothes catalogs for backgrounds/textures like Delia's or Alloy. Then some other ones were Crate and Barrel, The Land of Nod (I loved this one!) and Oriental Trading. They're all free from their websites. Smiley

Check out http://www.catalogs.com/ for links to basically any kind of catalog you want.

I was browsing Craftster one day and I came to some people's topics of inchies and I immediately knew I had to make some. They are so addictive and I even got my sister to make a bunch!
A few months ago, she and I thought it would be fun to order a bunch of catalogs so we could get mail and so they were just all over our living room because we had nothing to do with them after we got them, but we finally found some use for them.

So here they are... Some are slightly unfinished because I wanted to add some things to them but I was more excited to scan them first.

Thanks for looking!!
