So, a friend brought me a big box of sewing supplies from an old woman, who gave up sewing and moved into a smaller flat.
There was so much cool stuff in there and most of it I know where to use or how.
But,
 I have no ideas what to do with:

-several meters of broad (60mm or 2,4 inch) elastic band in white and additional a huge supply of thinner elastic bandsI will never ever use up in my normal sewing.

- many  bobbins of elastic thread in many different colors (I dont know at all what to do with those other than making bracelets)

- tons of darning cotton thread in all colors (extra big amounts of blacks,greys and browns), I dont darn anything


So if you have any knowledge on the usage or cool ideas how to use those stuff, please tell me.
Meanwhile just looking at my supply box ( I went and bought a huge tool box immediatly after getting those stuff) makes me feel really good, whether I know how to use it or not, I have it !!

I think the idea is nice, though I imagined something different reading the topic "beer garden"
I thought you ould plant hops and grain and have something with water, so you had all beer ingredients together.
 

If you want to try, just make the edging as balkandina says or try an make stepstones out of some bottle bottoms grouped together.

Of course considering a bigger tank doesnt mean to get rid of the coffee machine... taking out the electronic parts it would perhaps be possible putting it in the tank so the fish can swim into it if he likes (if that possible from the construction of the machine). and then adding some (broken) cups and tea things would make it an unique tank with enough space and all (though the tank  needed to be rather big then)...

Though I dont think this is the right place for a fish, they need a minimum space and places to hide and all that stuff.
and this fish looks rather big and alone (I dont know what fish this is, perhaps it is one rather alone, but thats rare)

I dont think animals are ment to be decoration.
