Your watercolors are amazing.  I love the tiled piece.  I always wondered how that is done.

My latest piece, a celtic circle knot.  Just another experiment.  It's about two inches across and about a half inch thick, in walnut.

Wow!  So many new projects in the last few days.  Everything looks great.

Awesome projects.  I love the quilted pillow, the painted eggs, the wax art, the letters.

I'm being a slacker these days.  Mostly just cleaning up my environment and getting supplies organized.  I have been on the receiving end of somebody else's purging and trying to do some of my own.  It's crazy.

Love that giraffe and the zentangles are great.  I always think I want to try to do them, but somehow I never get there.

The watercolors are beautiful.  I love the hummingbird.  I think it came out nice.

I had some old books and decided to make another box for charity.

I started with an old world atlas.

Nothing on the back....

But inside...ta-da.  A box.

I was going to carve pages into the book, but the grain in the wood was so perfect that I just left it.

Love the flag people, great looking socks, and that blanket is gorgeous.

The keys are very light, almost translucent.  I always have to scrape them to get all the old crud off before I can use them.  I cut, sand and shape with a dremel and the smallest etching bit they sell.

Rox, don't give up on trying to do things with the keys.  The possibilities are endless.  If you etch, you can also color with india ink.

Ok, slight departure from the wood for awhile.  My hands have been giving me grief, so I decided to let the carving rest.

These earrings are made from rescued charms and ivory piano keys.  It was just to see if I could come up with something different.  I'm very happy with the results.

Please excuse the lousy pictures.  Anything this small is hard to photograph.  They are 1/2 inch wide and about one inch long or a little longer, depending on the size of the charm.

Mmmm.  That mac-n-cheese looks yummy.

And I love the baby shoes.
