This is lovely!

My mom used to sing that song to me when I was little! Lol. "A hunting we will go... a hunting we will go.... we'll catch a little fox and put him in a box and never let him go!"

...poor fox...

The more I read... the less I know lol.

I'm not sure how to add the colour to the CSS.  Undecided

Truth be told, I just kind of jumped in and didn't actually read much so I'm not 100% sure what I'm doing on any level... Things I've done I've just sort of, worked out, but I know there are proper ways of doing everything.

One other thing is that I didn't make a template... so I have to change each webpage - is there a way to change that now?

.....should I start again....
Oh dear lol.

Thanks,
Sally

a:link {
   color: ffffff;
   text-decoration: none;

Basically, that's what I've got for each bit (visited etc). I tried to change the colour to 'none' lol - but it wouldn't have that.

My links aren't underlined - they're just blue. I just want them... colourless so they don't put boxes around my pictures.

I'll put my site in my sig, I don't think I've changed it yet so you can see?
Sally
PS - thanks a lot ^.^ I thought it would be you who answered lol

Right!
I'm not 100% sure whether I should be posting this here but I have searched all the Dreamweaver related forums and nothing helps me.

You all have some cracking websites so I'm sure someone must know the answer!

I have just closed my website so I can re-do the whole thing. I'm happy with how it's all turning out BUT all my links are blue.

It doesn't matter what colour I choose for my links in the 'page properties' bit, they are always blue (before clicking on them).

Preferably, I don't want my links to have a 'colour' (I keep getting ugly boxes around pictures when I don't want boxes around them at all).

So what do I do?
Is there a way of just having no colour on my links?

Cheers,
Sally

These are so beautiful!!

Orkney is one of my favourite places... these necklaces really capture everything about the place.

Your mom is very lucky - and you should be very proud!

6  CRAFTY BUSINESS ADVICE / Crafty Business Discussion / Re: How to find cameos wholesale? on: September 20, 2007 02:42:15 AM
Hi!

I've been doing some mooching around for you.

On ebay (in the UK) there are lots and lots, with sellers having more than one so you can buy loads (but not for under a $1, under 1 though lol).

On the US ebay - there are not so many BUT I did notice people selling polymer clay MOLDS for cameos.... so, maybe you could buy one cameo, make a mold with some polymer clay and then make HUNDREDS lol. And that way, you could paint them any colour you liked too.

I buy all my jewellery findings off ebay.
Like you, I'm allergic to nickel and everything I've bought off there has been top notch.

Ebay is the way to go.

I second the nail varnish idea!

I also paint everything with the stuff. Brilliant!

9  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / The Swap Gallery / Re: Unique Name Swap Gallery- Round 2 on: September 14, 2007 03:44:16 AM
Right so!
We have decided (we as in Cheryl, Rikaheart, and I) that her parcel has gone missing  Angry Rubbish post office.
So without any further ado, I whipped her up another one (which is almost identical).
She said I can post pictures of the things, so I'm going to later (I'll edit this post).

And I just wanted to say that apart from the post office screwing up, this swap has been really fun because not only did I get some funky stuff - I also got myself a new friend  Grin lol. So yay for us.

Love
Sally

10  CRAFTY BUSINESS ADVICE / Selling Crafts on Etsy.com / Re: SHIPPING - What special things do you do when shipping your orders? on: September 07, 2007 07:51:20 AM
I wrap my things in pink tissue paper and use silver star stickers to hold them together.
I also pop a little packet of sweets in there too.

I don't bother putting it into the price of my postage as it probably works out at about 2p a parcel so there isn't much point really.

I love it when I get things wrapped pretty. I want everyone to feel like they're getting a present!
