and the small stars look like candy, i want to eaat them =]

haha!  You're not the only one!  My friend tried to eat one when I showed them to her because she thought they looked like little candies!

you must have lots of patience!
do you have a tut or link to make the paper turtle??

I did a search for a pre-made tutorial on how to fold a turtle, but I haven't found anything viable.  The ones i've found are either A) completely words with no pictures (and I couldn't make head or tails of it) or B) ridiculously complicated.  I found that with more folding, i've found that prefolding alot of the steps will result in a much more clean and streamlined turtle.  So right now i'm working on a picture tutorial for how to fold them.

I second the request for a turtle tut.  I know stars and cranes.  On the wrapping paper stars what size did you cut the strips?  I've no idea the length by width ratio.

thruthfully, I had no idea how long/wide that strip was!  It was left over from when I was wrapping a birthday present.  So rather then throw it out, I decided to make a star.
