1  COOKING / Vegetarian / Vegan / Recently converted vegetarian.. on: November 13, 2008 12:18:37 PM
I just recently became a vegetarian about two months ago and at first it was super easy. I love vegetables, so it wasn't a hard transition. I also love Boca Burgers and Morning Star products, but lately the things I've been cooking and preparing are getting old and I would like to know if you guys have any suggestions for one person meals or cook books. If you have any ideas please let me know! Thanks guys!
