2  Pearl Jam stickman quilt in Quilting: Completed Projects by aleash on: January 27, 2008 09:22:08 AM
I made this for my boyfriend for Christmas:

(it's not sparkly, the camera flash just makes it look so)

you can't really tell from the picture, but there's iron-ons of the band, mainly lead singer Eddie Vedder, along the top and bottom and along the sides are iron-ons of tickets from concerts he went to.

5  i made a froggie (my first completed craft!) in Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects by aleash on: March 14, 2007 08:33:08 AM
i used a pattern found in the forum

i used an old shirt for fabric

i think i should have stitched it by hand, but i'm too impatient
so to keep the stretchy fabric from getting caught in the sewing machine
i pinned Mr froggie to a piece of paper

i used buttons from the shirt for eyes and filled him with rice
now here's Mr. Froggie

he was easier to make than i thought
now i want to make more using different fabrics
