12  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: What are YOU going to wear to 'Twilight'? on: November 24, 2008 09:38:26 AM
Your shirt is awesome!  The fangs are all hidden and nifty, I like the splatter!

I definitely made a hoodie the night before with "I refuse to be affected by territorial disputes between mythical creatures." on the back next to a paw print and an apple.  the front had a little Switzerland flag and "Team Switzerland" written around it in a circle... it was a little uneven, and there was a gap, so I threw in a white king chess-piece.  It was great.  Opening night was fantastic (but i'm still tired from it, damn school... Grin)

Thank you so much!!  I have been looking for a way to start a hat, working from the center out in a circle, and you just provided that way!!  It kind of looks like a reverse kitchner stitch, only instead of finishing it, it's starting it.  I love it!  Thanks again!
15  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Re: teenage knitting/ knitters on: October 04, 2008 05:23:58 PM

Cheesy be proud, and knit in public, you never know who else knits, too.  ...it's especially good when it's a cute boy (yeah, i bet he did/will see that Grin)  life is good!
