Hi, it`s thank you time  Cheesy
Well, I have a new job now, and the administrative team is sooo wonderful They really know how to make a new member welcomed, like refurnishing my office, putting a new computer, making sure I had all the information, phone numbers and all these little important things.
So, I make this chocolate flowers to say thank you.

How to:
Cut and fold 3 times a square piece of crepon (spell?) paper, them cut the petals

You will have this:

Then, you twist every petal like this:

Then you put a chocolate in it and close the petals. Repeat with other equal piece of paper,

Put one piece of green paper to make a leaf, and close with wire (don`t know the name, it`s like wire with paper)

Voila!!!!!!! You will have a chocolate bouquet Cheesy

And yes Schnerby, it expand. Not like paper, little less. The botton is not glued, it is more like a book and permit some flexibility. Give the box to a friend, so do not have a better picture, but it works like this:

How it worked in yours Kermitje? Post it?

the process:
1. cut the plastic file

2. press the plastic with pen and do the same in the other side, so you have an accordion.

3. Fix with double face tape

4. Tape with paper tape and then put pvc glue on top

5. press

6. Done

Thanks for look Cheesy

Hi, don't sure about the category... please move to polymer clay if necessary.
Well, my colleague married yesterday and asked me to make his cake topper.
The last time i put my hands in clay was one year ago, so... no perfect, but i`m happy with the piece and he liked it too  Wink

The photos:

The politic party flag, notebook, cellphone and newspaper... (politic kit  Cheesy)

the details.

The air dry clay recipe:

PVA Glue (2 cup);
Corn starch (2 cup);
liquid vaseline (1 soup spoon);
lemon juice (1 soup spoon);
hand cream without fat (1 soup spoon).

Put the liquid ingredients in a Teflon pot, them put the glue and the corn starch (Maizena).
Mix, mix, mix...
When it is "plain", cook it, always mixing.
when it made a soft ball (no hard), put it in a stone surface with cream (no fat).
Beat the clay for about 10 minutes or till the clay is elastic and plain.
Put it in plasticfilm (without air) and use  Wink
You can tinted it with food or PVA paint pigment or acrylic paint.

Thank for reading and please excuse my bad english,
Pat
