I adore the work you've done on the corset! If you dont get an A+ for this then your tutor needs a beating!!

Thanks, I had that idea too. I've had a go at trying to peel but for the first time ever, the stuff just wont bloody budge!! Shocked
I don't think its ever been worn or washed before (suprisingly!!  Roll Eyes ) so it doesn't wanna move.
I've thought about chucking it in the dryer for a while and see of that will help soften the glue from behind it, so it can be lifted!?

Anyone got any idea if this will work or am I just gonna turn it into a top small enough to fit my daughter?

I like that. Its reads as very elfish, especially because of the natural, moss-like colour.
Love it!!

I think it just makes it more unique hun!!
Me and my wife love Glee too, dunno how far thru it is in America but we're only on about the 6th episode and we're hooked!!
Can't say we share the same philosophy about Puck and Finn, prefer Jane Lynch (Sue Sylvester)
Its really refreshing to see a strong lesbian character in a prime time show!!

Thanks, I had thought of that but Im too much of a cheap-skate to waste it.
Think I may cut out a piece the same size as the front panel and sew it on, then I dont waste the rest.
Thanks sweetie xx

Hey ladies and gents Cheesy

Im a long-time lurker and procrastinator but recently Ive been getting my crap together and doing more recons and smaller pieces. Ive just gone thru my stash and found a top I was given 5 years ago that I need to sort out.

I love the style of it but the main issue is this kinda tacky print on the front. Im guessing its just an iron-on transfer but I have NO clue how to remove it!?

And if it cant be removed safely without ruining the top, what else can I do to cover it? Its a very big area to cover which worries me.

I really don't wanna screw this up so, fellow Craftsters , I NEED YOU!!
