1  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Knucks trouble on: July 11, 2007 01:19:51 PM
Okay well I started knitting the Knucks from Knitty.com. I joined the fingers and have worked the proper amount of inches and I'm about to join the thumb. The only problem is my marker for the beginning of the round has been lost and I'm not sure where the beginning of the round is. Is there some trick or advice you can give me?

3  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / What to do with Lily's Sugar n Cream on: April 24, 2007 11:24:46 AM
I have several skeins of Lily's Sugar n Cream and have no idea what to do with it. It seems like most people say use it for dishrags but I'd rather not put work into something that is just going to be use to wipe spaghetti sauce off a plate. Any suggestions?
4  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Screen Printing: Discussion and Questions / Different techniques on: April 23, 2007 07:45:08 PM
I've been wondering about the different techniques for homemade t-shirts. I've been researching iron on, silk screening, and stencilling. I'm not really a perfectionist but would want the shirts to look nice and neat. I'd only want to make one or two shirts with the same design, maybe more if my friends like them. I personally like the idea of silk screening but am afraid to start because of the price. Please give me your feedback.

5  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / New to knitting on: March 06, 2007 02:30:54 PM
Hi. I'm new to knitting and I have a two probably really dumb questions but I figured I'd ask.

1. What needles are best?
2. How do you use gauge (I know, that's probably really stupid)?
