Hi,

I just became a friend of Craftser, standard version because I LOVE Craftster. Once I recieved the Welcome to FOC email I immediately  logged onto Craftster. Nothing is different. I couldn't add anything to the Profile information with hearts next to it and I couldn't look at the FOC board. Am I being to impatient or am I missing something???

My name is Emily. I want to take classes for dressmaking from either Stratford or Penn Foster, people have asked me to do tailoring and custom in the past, however, other people would prefer that I have more formal training first so I was thinking that taking the courses would be a good idea, plus I enjoy sewing ALOT!!  However, I would need some start up funding from my Mom. She is very supportive and would love to see me take the classes but she wants me to prove my skills, some form of mom-torture no doubt LOL. I need your help deciding what things I should make to impress her. I really want to sign up for classes within the next couple of months.
I want to stick with clothing items. If you have ideas of what type of clothing I should make, what patterns to use, what patterns not to use etc. I would really appreciate your assistance. I would like to be able to wear these clothes and I am only 5'2'' so that can pose a built in challenge (plus).

I am a junior in high school. I want to take 4-H Washington D.C trip. There are also other 4-Hers who would like to go on various 4-H trips this summer. I need some fundraising ideas. I can sew, embroider, cross stitch and bead. I have also just started to crochet. If you have any crafty ideas or ANY ideas please let me know THANKS

So what I need is a place or even a website that sells the fabric khaki pants are made out of and knits. All the JoAnn's around here just have about 4 off color knits. I would like to find some that I would actually wear in public. If you can help me I would be in your debt (and the stores),

If anybody show rabbits etc. please help me. I would like to make a rabbit that people could practice showmanship on. It would have to have the fur so it could be sexed and i would need to be able to move the skin flap above teeth. I'm thinking that teeth would just be white fabric. All felt? Any help would be great.

I am doing Project Runway 2956, the red dress on the front. I have this really pretty fabric etc. I am doing it for a project and I need 6 skills and I only have 5 I have lining, pleats, gathers, elastic and sewing with knit. I know you can't see the pattern but I need one more skill.  The fabric is kind of busy so no trim but does anybody have anything I could add to make it more difficult. This may be confusing but can anybody help?
