8  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Discussion and Questions / Re: Clean Gore - Stage Props on: February 28, 2007 07:12:39 PM
hi. this show sounds really cool.don't know if this helps..i'm not much into making props but for the blood part, and i'm not really sure if you'll be using any stage lights, but you may want to try considering using red "gels" on the lights to hasten the effect. this can look good as the red silk is being waved around!

good luck with the show!
9  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Discussion and Questions / Re: Crafting and Your Mental Health! I Need Your Input! Edited to Add Another Q on: February 28, 2007 07:05:08 PM

At the end of a really bad day, crafting is a good way to release all the stress and tension that one gets. i think it's a good way of calming your senses. and it's productive as well. it usually makes me relax and feel lighter.

you're not alone.

10  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Discussion and Questions / Re: Home made beauty treatments...??? on: February 28, 2007 12:25:18 PM

Not sure if this helps, but I read from a magazine that for dry elbows and heels, putting powder on these spots and covering them up with a sock before you go to sleep can be very effective in smoothening these rough spots. well, i guess, this will have to be done continously for a couple of nights for it to work.

Hope this helps!
