Oh... yarn... how I love yarn. You don't know how painful it was when I noticed there were more yarn givers than needers. I just think of all that poor unwanted yarn and wonder why I can't have them all as my partners   You mean I can't have 5 givers?   Hehe, don't worry, I'm just joking. They need a 12 step program for yarn addiction.

Cute critters atsuko.  Anyway, I'm sorry I haven't been posting here or posting anything new in my shop lately.  I absolutely SUCK at this having a life thing.  I'm closed now because I'll be going out of town soon for my grandmaman's one hundredth birthday party.  100 years is absolutely insane, yes?  Freaks me out I know.  I'm baking all the cakes for the party before I leave plus I have baking to do for three fundraisers this week, so there goes my time.  I wish I could mail you all cake.  However, I am going to be in the US next week so if anyone wants one of my pathetic offerings, please let me know, I could mail in your own country and theoretically save myself a billion dollars and two weeks of postal travel, so that would be good.  I'm afraid I might soon have to be one of those many people taking a break from this swap lately.  We shall see how next month goes.

Me!!!  As long as it isn't *shudder* novelty *shudder* yarn I'm completely a yarn ho.  I believe I did a small amount of begging for sockweight and bright colours of acrylic, but I'm not even remotely picky.  Send me a box of RHSS and I'm doing the dance of joy.

I received yesterday from Slingmomma.  She made me a beautiful eyemask that I can put in the freezer.  It's a lovely fabric too. 



She also made me two awesome fabric scarves - one winter one with two cute little zipper pockets and one light summery one.  So pretty, see.

I don't drive the T-C as much as I used to, so I haven't been to Wawa in years, but I am physically incapable of driving past without visiting your goose.    I just love giant replica animals.  Our Winter Carnival starts on Thursday.  We don't have any craft competitions, but then again we are much smaller than Wawa and our crochet contingent consists of me and one lady who makes SC baby blankets for all the new babies.  I may have to suggest the idea for next year though.
