So, I recently came into the possession of my Great-Grandmother's old sewing machine (she was a seamstress, and my Grandmother hoarded her sewing machine but finally gave it to me!) It's a Kenmore 1764180 (and runs a million times better than my Viking, I think! o-o ) However, I'm having a problem threading the bobbin!

I've never threaded a bobbin like that, so I'm not sure what to do. I've also got a very old Singer 185J (the kind that's made completely out of metal and weighs probably 50+ pounds. Took me and one of my friends holding it to get it anywhere!) that has that kind of bobbin, and it came with it's instruction manual, but that made no sense to me on how to thread them.
So, if anyone has any easy to understand instructions on how to thread it, it'd mean so much to me!
