2  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: Underware Headband with Mini Tutorial on: March 06, 2010 05:10:40 PM
That's a really neat idea. I'll have to try this next time my dog rips a pair of my underwear apart. She likes to eat them when she's bored...

Words cannot describe how awesome that is.
I totally wish I could make one, but sadly Hubby hates Dr. Who and would never let me make a TARDIS entertainment center Sad
5  SEWING IN GENERAL / Sewing Machines: Discussion and Questions / Re: Need some help, please!! on: February 02, 2010 05:04:34 PM
Yeah checked ebay and they have them on there, just none for my model. It's mainly serger foot pedals that I saw. Yeah I'll probably contact the company. I didn't want to if there was an easier way, but it seems that IS is easier way. lol

Thank you, though!
6  SEWING IN GENERAL / Sewing Machines: Discussion and Questions / Need some help, please!! on: February 02, 2010 04:48:50 PM
I just bought a Brother SE-350 a few months ago (first sewing machine!!) and my friend's dog chewed the cord to the foot control pedal completely apart. I looked around and I can't find anyone who will sell JUST the pedal.
Does anyone have any information where I can find a new one?
7  Halloween / Halloween Costumes / Re: Silent Hill Nurse on: October 27, 2009 05:58:04 PM
Yeah I don't like all the sexy/revealing costumes they have out. I was actually really uncomfortable with having the dress that short (even though it wasn't TOO short, but still. Shortest I've ever worn.)
Hubby still thought it was sexy, though. Men... Cheesy

How cute! I love how all the kittens piled into the hammock in the first picture. The only way I could think of using that in a house would be to fabricate some type of stand for it to attach to. Small pvp pipes, maybe?

I have been looking for a kitten since my Sora passed away last month, but unfortunately I don't think you'll ship one to Missouri haha. If I lived there, I would so be taking Fern's kittens home with me.

Awesome. You even perfected the nurse poses!
When I did their little 'walk', one girl at the party told me to stop because I was really scaring her haha
10  Halloween / Halloween Costumes / Silent Hill Nurse on: October 25, 2009 04:56:46 PM
After racking my brain for a Halloween costume idea, I decided to go away from my normal cutesy/fun costume and do something creepy for once. I finally narrowed my choices down to a Silent Hill nurse. The costume dress was a XL nurse scrub that I got from goodwill (took it in and tea-dyed it), some white tights, white heels, and self-stick gauze. I was going to make an actual mask, but procrastinated to I didn't have time, so I did gauze instead. I do not recommended that to anyone, though, because it really squished my nose and was a little hard to breath. I only wore it long enough for pictures and for the costume contest.

I got first place at the costume contest (First time I won anything! yay!)

A couple of lighter pics for detail:

The gauze shifted and was coming off on this pic:
