1  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / 100 Acre Woods Dress on: May 17, 2010 06:33:30 PM
I went to Joann's last December for like two seconds and they were having a sale on the clearance fabrics, So i got this. Everyone says it reminds them of the 100 Acre Woods in Winnie the Pooh. Hahaha! The Pattern is Butterick 5181 but kinda shortened.  It kinda fits weird on the top so I usually wear a white tank top underneath so people can't see my bra hanging out.

Blurryish.

2  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Skirt Shortened on: October 15, 2008 11:54:56 AM
So I opted not to bring my sewing machine with me when I started college, fearing I would not have enough space in my dorm room. But now I'm stuck no able to sew anything. Anywaaaay. I went to the Salvation Army the other day and bought this awesome skirt. But it was long. So I cut it off. That's basically it...

Cute.

Thanks! Cheesy
Oh! And if anyone is here at UC Santa Cruz, we should, like, meet up, maybe. Unless you're a creepy stalker freak. In that case, no.
3  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Bleach sprayed hoodie on: October 15, 2008 11:42:55 AM
Tired. Gonna make this short. Saw bleach decorated stuff. Liked. Decided to do. Sprayed turqouise jersey knit. Sewed into a hoodie. Not pattern. Just made it up as I went. Annoyed because zipper is black and doesn't match. I guess they don't generally sell 20 inch separating zippers in turqouise at most palces. Anyway, love it. Afraid to wash it though. Will abstain as long as possible, then wash in sink with cold water. Probably the best thing I've ever made.

Front.

Back.

Hood.

Moved, oops.

Emo.

Thanks. Cheesy
4  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Skirt --> Dress on: September 23, 2007 01:33:41 PM
So I was with my friend, Cimone, at the Goodwill like a year ago and we saw this skirt. It was a size medium, calf-length, and formed a complete circle when laid on the floor. But it also had, like, the coolest print EVER. Cimone was going to get it but at the last minute decided not to. So I was like, "No way, am I letting this  skirt get away." So I got it and turned it into a really awesome dress for Cimone.

Yep. I also stuck one of the Birth Of Venus pics on a shirt I got from Target, but the image won;t work.

Anyway, I hope you like it.
