i love the yarn she used for hair on the elphie stuffie.

here are pics as promised of what midnight sent me. i received an elphie stuffie doll, a green heart necklace, an awesome beaded bracelet, striped knee socks, a witches hat made of clay that i am using as a stitch marker, and a tube of green glitter.

Has anyone come across a pattern for something similar? It's a garter stitch bubble sleeve wrap cardi.
I love it but have no time to deconstruct this complex looking garment to try and fumble out a pattern...

wow! so happy to see that my partner received already! so the card is paper twirling. just regular elmers white glue works best. it was fun making everything. I just got notice that I have a box at the post office! pretty sure it's my package, so I'll post pics later today.

I think your stuff is great, just wondering why it all has copyright symbols. You can't copyright the embroidery work, you can only copyright the pictures. Just wondering. Well, anyways... great use of color. Everything looks awesome.

I really want to make this but I don't want to shell out lots of money for the Twinkle yarn and have no idea what to use as a sub. 

The Twinkle cruise yarn is a dk weight yarn so I just subbed some dk weight from my LYS that was reasonably priced. My guage was the same.

purple stitches -- can't wait to see what yours looks like sounds like a good color choice. I went with a light gray with silver strands mixed in. liking it so far.

Anyone else working on this pattern? It's from Interweave Knits Spring Issue? Would love to do a Knitalong and see other people's results. I just started mine today... will post progress shots when I actually make some progress!
