1  Snowbunny in Exterior Decorating / Yard Art / Gardening: Completed Projects by nikeeki on: April 12, 2007 03:38:39 AM
We had a white Easter in Ohio this year!

My mom and sister had a little fun with it. I wish I could've seen it in person. They said it was 6 feet tall!

3  A few amis I made for gifts in Amigurumi: Completed Projects by nikeeki on: March 20, 2007 03:58:11 AM
Hi all Smiley Here are a few animals I made for friends.

Chip was the first ami I ever made thanks to Marjorie/s AWESOME pattern. My boyfriend takes him to poker games to guard his chips. He has been known to bite if someone gets too close to his stack. We don't have any pics of him at the poker table unfortunately.

I made a teacup mousie for my mom and hung it in her cupboard when she wasn't looking  Cheesy The teacup is a pattern I found here: http://www.christinesflowers.com/christines_teacup.html
and the mouse was just sort of whipped up with scraps of simply soft.

And lastly this nameless kitty holding a cupcake for my aunt's birthday. The candle is droopy.. i probably should've tried to work a pipe cleaner in it or something. Oh well, it's already in the mail Smiley I used bernat satin and really liked how it worked up. It was really soft and it didn't get fuzzy looking like some of the other soft types of yarn i've tried.

I'm so addicted! I'm working on a llama and monkey for my sisters next Smiley Thanks for looking!

4  cockatiel hat! missed deadline, but it was fun in Crochet: Completed Projects by nikeeki on: February 27, 2007 07:46:30 PM
I missed the contest deadline because of technical difficulties Sad It was a lot of fun though and it gives me an excuse to post pics of my sweet little cockatiel, Tootsie Smiley
If you could only hear him whistle the Andy Griffith theme song!

This is my first time posting pics on here. Sorry if they're messed up
