1  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / The Swap Gallery / Re: Supernatural TV Show Swap Gallery on: June 06, 2007 05:23:17 PM
I wish I could make a Colt. That would be awesome.
I am trying to make a "journal" of sorts, though, with urban lengends and myths from over here, but I can't find anything about local (portuguese) Urban legends except that one where someone gives a ride to a hitchhiker and a few miles down the road he/she tells the driver "careful, I died there" and disappears. This has been reported on several places in this country, always happening to a friend of a friend. But that's all I have Sad, and what I really wanted was a hunter's guide for this country since I've never even been to the US. (I know this is off topic, but it's kind of crafty related so...)

You guys all the stuff you came up with is so great that I am now sad and depressed for not having participated in the swap! Angry
Especially since from when the swap was announced to now, I have succumbed to the Supernatural fantasticness (I made up a word! yay!) and became a huge fangirl... Roll Eyes

Oh, its okay! Don't worry, you're not wasting anyone's time by gossiping about our obsession for the show! Cheesy
And even if you can't swap you can still keep an eye on this thread to see what other people create. That can be just as much fun and inspiring!

Thanks so much, I still feel sad though for not being able to participate...
I just realised why I find the name Winchester funny.. It's the name of the Pub from Shaun of the Dead Tongue
I will keep an eye on this as I find this idea one of the most original swap ideas ever. Btw, why can't we make mixed cds?

It's not so much eye candy as it is ear candy. His voice...Oh yes,his voice...
But to be fair, that episode where Sam walks out of the bathroom with a towel wrapped to his waist......Need I say more?

*cough* I dl eps in advance, since living in Oz drives me nuts to be so far behind, and um, the latest ep in the States..who knew Sam could be like THAT??? Tongue

I would TOTALLY be down for a swap like this, except for the fact that my dh would NEVER stop giving me shit about it!! If I even MENTION I think someone looks hot, I will still be hearing about it 10 years down the track!! Roll Eyes (No joke, I am still hearing about Dougray Scott in Ever After, cause I said he wasn't that bad, lol) (Oh, and don't worry, it's all in fun; not in some creepy possessive, abusive way..it just gets REAAALLLYY old, so I avoid setting myself up for it in the first place, lol)

Awww I remember Dougray Scott in Ever After, so cute and prince-like! Tongue

I'd like the swap but I just found out I cannot swap... First because I guess I need to have a personal swap before I do these, and second because here in Portugal sending a package weighing less than 1kg to the US costs the equivalent to 30USD and I am currently looking for a job and do not have any money Sad I'm sorry I wasted everyone's time...
6  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Re: meaning behind your name swap? on: February 15, 2007 01:27:17 PM
LOL well beats the dead princess thing of my name. When I was little people kept calling me princess Di although I kind of hated it (never was fond of princesses) But I think my mom just liked the name she gave me and she once said she didn't know anyone else on her circle of friends and acquaintances named Diana.

But you know, pirate prostitutes are always the most interesting characters. Trust me.

Lol and I am guessing you weren't the only one with that face. I remember thinking "wait, what? rewind that and put in on slo-mo. Gosh I wish we had Tivo in Portugal..." I just was not expecting...that. Tongue
8  CITY GUIDES FOR CRAFTSTERS / EUROPE / Re: Esto em lisboa? on: February 15, 2007 01:22:12 PM
I love the french spreadable cheese as well, cannot imagine it not existing in America! Which town do you live in, by the way?
I love corn bread, it's one of my favorite things to eat.
Yeah we do wear mostly jeans most of the time all year round lol cannot say why, but we do.
I'm glad you liked Portugal Smiley

It might be just me (and my mom) but for eye candy I am keener on the daddy Winchester Tongue

Its not just you (and your mom)! One of my friends agrees with you!

As far as I'm concerned, your welcome to him!
