1  Buttercream-piped baby for babyshower in Dessert by jagar on: February 03, 2008 07:25:21 PM
Here are two cakes I did for a babyshower, both babies are piped from buttercream, the Roland Winbeckler way.
The first cake was covered with pettinice, I think it's called, which tastes SOOO much better than fondant.  The blanket and bottle is also made using that stuff.
The second cake was covered in buttercream icing.
Diane Shavkin used to have step by step instructions on her site, but now I don't see it.  I would be happy scan my copy and post it for anyone that would like it.

2  Elmo character pan, enhanced! in Dessert by jagar on: February 03, 2008 07:23:28 AM
I used one of those Wilton pans in the Elmo character.  To make him look furry, I used the grass tip for my decorating bag tip.  Then I made the chocolate candy molds that he's holding.  It was kinda time consuming but worth it!!!

5  Holly Hobbie room in Interior Decorating: Completed Projects by jagar on: March 16, 2007 07:59:37 AM
I decided that I wanted to decorate my daughter's room in Holly Hobbie.  For those of you that were born in the 70's or before, you remember her!  The blanket and wall letters were not made by  me, but I wanted to show you the great craftsmanship!  I sewed the curtains and table.

6  Yellow Brick Rd. pattern quilt in Quilting: Completed Projects by jagar on: February 15, 2007 07:30:11 PM
This is my first "real" quilt.  It's a lap size and make from fat quarters.  I'm pretty proud of it!
