1  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / St Patricks Day Dress. on: March 20, 2007 08:11:13 PM
I sewed my 1st dress ever and my 1st zipper.  I have tried several patterns and being inexperienced I couldn't figure any of them out (all being Simplicity patterns). Not giving up I tried McCalls brand. This had so many pictures.  I am so happy I read the pattern and made it all myself.  This is McCalls 4440. I made this for St. Patricks Day-- material and zipper for under $4.00 total!! Yeah for cheap and easy. Excuse my lame "model poses" my husband just bought a Nikon DSLR camera and has been going crazy practicing on everything!
