I'm all about these- I'm going to have to find some cheap shoes for the sole purpose of repainting them AWESOME!
Haha- sole. Heh.
2  CLOTHING / Shoes: Completed Projects / Re: Cons to mary janes. NOW with pictorial tute. on: April 27, 2009 11:08:56 AM
Aww, I love these! I wish had some converse- or that I could justify buying some for the sole purpose of reconning them =D
3  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Re: Wearable Origami in Miniature Bottles...again on: March 01, 2009 10:18:35 AM
I used to have some of those bottles from a kit where you could paint on a grain of rice and then put it in the bottle with oil or something...
These are absolutely adorable- I love the tiny tiny cranes! So cute!
4  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: Corset and tute! on: February 25, 2009 05:27:22 AM
Oh ohohoh I am SO excited to make this- this is going to be my weekend project.
I'm pretty sure I've read through the whole thread- that's a lot of pages =)
My only question is for the people who didn't use grommets but instead used buttonholes or handmade grommets- how is that holding up? Are they strong enough?
I'm so excited!
5  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: Monster mittens! (& a scarf!) on: February 25, 2009 04:40:29 AM

6  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: Got books? How about a nice Book Bookshelf? on: May 17, 2008 10:59:38 AM
That is wicked- I've been working on an altered book for school, and I got a little enthusiastic in my old-rejected-book hunting- this just might be their destiny!
Thank you for giving my sad and lonely books a future!
7  COOKING / Dessert / Re: Audio Engineer Cake on: May 17, 2008 10:52:54 AM
Yay techies! I'm a thespian, and I usually just act- but recently I student directed one play and ran tech for the other- I have a newfound admiration for the techies =D
This is so inspiring!
8  COOKING / Dessert / Re: Sunflower Cupcakes on: May 17, 2008 10:46:31 AM
These are absolutely adorable- they look so simple, and yet so much fun! I'm really excited to try this sometime soon. Perfect for spring!
