111  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Stitch And BOTCH / Re: Well, Crap: Bad Day Doing Laundry on: February 10, 2007 07:42:59 PM
I pretty much only use cheap acrylics, but I'm paranoid to wash my stuff in a machine. I'm working on a really pretty cap right now, and I would die if all the work I spent on it went to waste.

I know how you feel, that's happened to me, people messing with my knit/crochet peices, stepping on them and such. I have a bad temper, and an aggressive personality, so no one comes near my peices anymore unless I tell them it's ok, or they craft too. It's kind of nice.
113  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Screen Printing: Discussion and Questions / Re: Clothing Items, and bags to practice silkscreening on.. on: February 10, 2007 02:18:54 PM
WalMart, Micheals and Target all sell plain white/solod colored t-shirts. Well, Target might not, but I know that the other two do. And I believe Micheals sells them for pretty cheap.
And I'm pretty sure they sell hoodies too.

This tutorial definitely makes me want to try printing!
It seems really easy!
115  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Screen Printing: Discussion and Questions / Re: 500 T-Shirts: Impossible? on: February 10, 2007 01:47:26 PM
It seems plausible to me, but it'll take a lot of work and man *coughwomancough* hours.
Above all else, don't let yourself get brought down, because that's the best way to keep yourself from reaching the goal.
And congrats on getting to the Robotics Competition, I know my brother would be interested in doing that...

Hehehe, I just watched that movie, and looking at your dress now, I can see even more how great the detail work is! That's just plain amazing!!! Kiss

Wow! This sounds really awesome!
I just have to figure out something I could make, and what book to base my creation off of!
119  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Stitch And BOTCH / Re: High School Accident. on: February 08, 2007 09:44:55 PM
Owie? That sounds SO painful! I would feel really embarassed, if I was in either situation, the hitter or the hittee.
120  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Stitch And BOTCH / Re: I glued my hand to my crotch. on: February 08, 2007 08:48:30 PM
Wow.
I'm so glad that I don't do much with super glue.
I would SO do that if I did. Though knowing my luck, I'd get it stuck to my bra or something.
