Just a thought, but you could always take and cut out the special part of each shirt and either frame each of them separately, or create a very large poster size collage of them all. 

Or applique them onto a shirt or a bag, maybe?

Small yogurt containers or jello cups also make awesome candle molds.

Maybe cut it into one huge long narrow strip and knit or crochet with it?

I've also cut up the plastic bags that sheets and comforters come in, to salvage the zippers!

What a good idea! You could also maybe use a fabric layer to make it sturdier -- you should be able to sew through the labels without much problem. Maybe use longer stitches so it doesn't rip?
