42  Knitting without knitting! A Harry Potter scarf (Image fluffy) in Weaving: Completed Projects by MadHatteh on: September 21, 2011 07:06:46 AM

Don't you just love my five minute yarn holder thing? Smiley

It took a lot of patience and I feel like if I could actually knit it would have gone by so much quicker. I need knitting for nitwits or something.

44  Harry Potter Mini Lego Playset in Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects by MadHatteh on: September 19, 2011 09:02:43 AM
I had three sets back from when the first movie came out and one of my neighbors has a little boy who just got into it. Basically he is into what I just invested the last ten years of my life on. ):< The death rattle. Harry Potter will never die though...JUST THE SAME. I put all the structures back together and made them 'little kid' friendly by gluing block by block. The people, little accessories, and things to play with the quidditch pitch all are not glued on so he can still play. The cheeky little monkey better like my old revamped toys. ):< I wasn't allowed super glue at his ag- Wait....I'm still not. Cheesy

I thought it was a neat concept :] I wish someone had done this for me back when I first got the legos.

45  My first handmade book in Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by MadHatteh on: September 15, 2011 07:22:40 AM

I am fairly content with how this came out for my first try. I would have liked to drill holes but I didn't have enough clamps to keep the paper form jumping so the holes weren't all correct to lace it up.

46  Re: August 2011 Birthday Swap - Gallery and discussion in The Swap Gallery by MadHatteh on: September 14, 2011 04:16:41 AM
And finally! My package from Maremare!
I love how the soap smells, it's really well made! Everything was, your pouches look so professional.

It arrived with the pouches wrapped in tissue paper and tied with color coordinating ribbon, but I shredded that before pictures were taken.  Lips sealed

Inside each pouch was another little goodie, some amazing smelling, handmade soap, and buttons!
