I have spent the last three or so days working on this, if I can ever get into a HP swap I might just include this little gem. I am so proud of it. It's dont on parchement and with a quill pen and ink.
I had three sets back from when the first movie came out and one of my neighbors has a little boy who just got into it. Basically he is into what I just invested the last ten years of my life on. ):< The death rattle. Harry Potter will never die though...JUST THE SAME. I put all the structures back together and made them 'little kid' friendly by gluing block by block. The people, little accessories, and things to play with the quidditch pitch all are not glued on so he can still play. The cheeky little monkey better like my old revamped toys. ):< I wasn't allowed super glue at his ag- Wait....I'm still not.
I thought it was a neat concept :] I wish someone had done this for me back when I first got the legos.
I am fairly content with how this came out for my first try. I would have liked to drill holes but I didn't have enough clamps to keep the paper form jumping so the holes weren't all correct to lace it up.
