So many questions, so little time!
For an English project, I have to do an "artistic rendering" of one of Hamlet's soliloquies. The guidelines are that it has to be handmade, NO t shirts, and nothing lame (ie, crumpled grocery bag + lighter + coffee grounds + crappy handwriting).
I wanted to try etching glass, but making a stencil of a all those words sounds difficult and time consuming. In the past people have embroidered tapestries, made mock military documents, done calligraphy on canvasses... They all seem nice but I really don't want to copy anyone else.
So I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas for something super creative and cool I could do that isn't ridiculously impossible, and any tips on how I might go about doing it.
Also, if it helps, the speech I picked was in Act I, Scene 2. Hamlet is defending himself against his mother saying that he TRULY is depressed, and he's not just a poser by wearing black clothing. (not in so many words)
