OPEN!

RAYNBOW'S LITTLE SHOP OF CRAFTSTERS

All items 1 point!

Cane slice beads, choose 10:

Focal beads, choose 5:

More pictures of beads of both types here:
http://www.hawkworld.net/gallery/crafts/swaps/beads/

(The face beads and the dark purple and white kaleidoscope beads are no longer available.   Some of each other type are still available although there may be more or less than what is pictured.  Please PM me if you have questions!)

Sheepy soaps:

I also now have a more "realistic" looking sheepy mold if you don't want the cartoony sheep.  You can see a stock picture of this soap here: http://www.brambleberry.com/Uploads/SHEEP.jpg

Made up on demand. Available scents include rose, plumeria, pearberry, vanilla, baby powder, clean and soapy, orange, mango, eucalyptus mint, jasmine chamomille, peach, bubble gum, cinnamon, ? rain, and more, ask me if you're looking for something specific. White or color of your choice.  If you want the soaps to display, they don't look as cute with exfoliants in them, but if you are actually going to use them, available exfoliants include lavendar, apricot, orange, eucalyptus, coffe, green tea, oatmeal, and more.

Clay covered altoids tin:

Small polymer clay barrettes (about 1" square), set of two:

Poly clay bracelet:

Poly clay covered pen, 2 available: (2 others in different colors also available)

Supplies
It's sad, but I have a TON of yarn I'd really like to destash.

If you're learning to knit socks, or you just like the self patterning yarn, I have a ton of moda dea Sassy Stripes yarn.  You can read about it here.  http://www.yarndex.com/yarn.cfm?yarn_id=3092 I have yarn in the crayon, polo, crush, swish and stormy colorways.  Two skeins will make a pair of socks for even a large man (my hubby has a pair I knit early on and loves them).  Two skeins will also make a really cute baby surprise jacket.
2 skeins for 1 point or 6 skeins for 3 points.

I also have many skeins of Red Heart Luster Sheen Yarn, which you can see here http://www.yarndex.com/yarn.cfm?yarn_id=3011 . It's a very smooth fingering weight acrylic yarn. Color list coming soon, or PM me if you are interested.
3 skeins for 1 point.

For 3 points I'd also be happy to make up "learn to knit kits" for anyone who would like one.  They would include several skeins of yarn in cotton or acrylic, 2 sets of needles, a learn to knit book of some kind from my stash, and some of my favorite beginners patterns, plus extras!

Wishlist:
Baby stuff! Especially cloth diapering supplies.  Diapers, covers, wet bags, etc.
Customized onesies and baby t-shirts. (Pooh, monkeys, geeky things)
Wool yarn (and superwash!) for making soakers
Pretty Spindles

6  Re: 12 Days Of Christmas Swap 2007 Gallery in The Swap Gallery by raynbow on: October 03, 2007 07:07:39 AM
Day 12: 12 awesome shiny stitch markers.

Day 11: 11 oz of yarn and fiber.  The fiber is hemp if you can't see the label. Very awesome, I've never tried hemp before!!!

And here's a close up of the yummy (handspun) yarn.  I think the silk wants to be one of those little warm up eye masks, and I'm pretty sure the multicolored wool wants to be a new winter hat!

Day 10: I think alot of people were on the same wavelength, because these seem to be a popular gift.  10 gorgeous crochets snowflake ornaments.  These are going down and going on the tree as soon as I finish this post!

Ok, I know, I'm a really really bad person! But here are 4 more of the days I got.  There are at least two pictures I know I'm missing. There was one day that was candles and yummy cappucino that got drunk up right away.  And there was another day that was an embroidery kit that I was so excited to have I tore into it right away!

There were alot of yummy food items, dog treats, husband treats, etc mixed into my packages and  I just did NOT do a good enough job of making sure I got good pictures before things went there seperate ways.

So enough excuses, here are the things I did manage to get photographed!

8 sets of handmade cards.  I do not remember what day this was except that it wasn't day 8!

Headbands, I loooove headbands, I wear one of these to work almost every day! Day 7 I believe!

Day 3, awesome Christmas sock monkeys that are sitting on my desk right now!

Day 2, awesome homemade apron.  I'm having a spin in on Sunday and I think I'll try it out then!

Pictures still to come, someday:
Awesome Day 1 blankie
Day 4 homemade stockings for my husband and I and our puppies
Hat I made with yarn from Day 11

Available scents include rose, plumeria, pearberry, vanilla, baby powder, clean and soapy, orange, mango, eucalyptus mint, jasmine chamomille, peach, bubble gum, cinnamon, ? rain, and a few more.  White or color of your choice.  Turtle soaps are probably to small to add exfoliants, but sheepy soaps can have the exfoliant of your choice.  Available exfoliants include lavendar, apricot, orange, eucalyptus, coffe, green tea, oatmeal, and probably more, I need to do an inventory Smiley

Ok, and here's what I sent Superhooker, she asked me to post pictures because she's in the midst of moving.

Mill end black wool roving plied with hand carded mill end locks with lots of short fluffy bits left in

Navajo plied, super tight, superwash black merino with bits of pumpkin

Hard to tell from the picture, but a teeny tiny skein of silk spun from silk hankies that I got from someone here on craftster, but I can't remember who, Velvet Rose maybe?

2-ply wool from handpainted roving I got from javede in shop the swap.

Learn to spin kit with pencil roving, roving, top and some of my hand carded rolags

Slytherin draft blocker

The whole shebang!

Ok, finally posting the very long overdue pictures!

First of all the awesome stuff I got from Superhooker, prepare to be jealous.

A small handknit bag

A needle roll, with adorable butterfly pins.

Gamer geek jewelry

An awesome crochet monkey! Ook Ook!

And saving the best for (almost) last.  A totally fabulous rainbow apron.

Did I mention all the fabulous extras?  (There were puppy toys too, good luck finding those to photgraph them!)

And the whole haul all together!

See, now, aren't you glad I waited until the end to show you all?  I knew you'd be jealous!
