1  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Re: New take on the Wallet on: February 09, 2012 08:29:29 PM
what a great idea...now all I need to do is figure out how you did that lol...would love to make one to hold my passport and travel documents.

Any chance of a tutorial or will you be selling the pattern?

your #2 design is exactly as what I was thinking of doing but with a slight difference - I want to have removable shoulder straps so that I can either use it like a tote bag or be able to put it in another bag.

proud owner of a zen neeon - I never understand why people prefer ipods??? For the price I paid for my 6GB neeon I don't think I could even get a 4GB ipod which I think is ridiculous.

Finally someone has made a cozy for a zen...been thinking of making one but would like to have a little window in the front to see the screen

you could always make the box yourself...HP's activity centre has a template for a small one (with a pattern) - all you have to do is print it out, enlarge it with a photocopier to the size you want and follow the same directions.  Grin

I made slightly bigger ones than the HP ones for Christmas last year, filled them up with chocolates and candies to give to friends.

6  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / Re: Miniature cakes & sushi :) on: February 07, 2007 11:36:42 PM
all I can say is "WOW" and "I'm so jealous" - wish I had the patience and skill to be able to do that...one day I must give it a try, it's been a while since I worked with clay

I thinking of making something like that too for my laptop but I wanted to put some padding between the outer fabric and the lining fabric but can't seem to figure out what's the best way because I normally will place the outer bag inside the lining bag (right sides together) and then sew them together leaving a gap so that I can turn it inside out - just can't figure out how I should do it...any suggestions?
