What better way to get rid of small scraps of fabric AND not have to pay for expensive clothes!

I just recently got Butterick pattern 5152 and I really want to make the short sleeved version in the same yellow printed fabric as its shown on the cover (or something similar) and as much as i've searched and can't seem to find anything. Does anyone know where (online probably) or from who I can find such a fabric??

I've only really gotten into sewing in the past few months. Can knit, crochet, etc all that, but this is the one thats a lil difficult for me. I don't think it helps that I have to alter my patterns almost 100% of the time because of my size.

this was the first thing I made and I think it was also the most time consuming


this was made out of an old sheet and was really just for practicing


this is the one that made me discover that knit fabric can be my friend and foe

this is a convertible dress I made to wear for my friends b-day, its hard to see the ties since its black but theyre wrapped around under my bust twice and tied in the back. Theres about 8 ways the pattern showed to tie it.


Any suggestions or c/c are appreciated as these are my first clothes to make and if anyone wants the names of the patterns let me know so I can dig them up!

the only thing I wish i had done differently was crocheted tighter because you can see his stuffing through some weak spots, but really, who's perfect?

but yea...this is my table that i mosaiced. its my first attempt at something like this, so be kind lol. My mom found this table in a ditch and brought it home and the idea just kinda appeared

Ok, well I finished this like a couple weeks ago...but alas, my mom has hidden the digicam so i had to resort to the less-than-great webcam (it really doesn't do it justice) but anywhooo     

This is my Vegan Fox ( as seen in Knitty's fall 02 issue  ) I didn't use the yarn it called for because I'm poor, so i grabbed  some fun fur from walmart and used this coppery-brown sports weight I had lying around just to give it some structure.

Like I said...webcam is crap
