Beautiful!  You did a lovely job.  I never get tired of this painting.   Smiley
2  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Stenciling: Completed Projects / Re: sharpie stencils on: August 11, 2009 09:17:41 PM
Good job!  I also like to spiff up my notebooks and stuff.  It makes me happier to be taking notes if I have something pretty to do it in.  Smiley
3  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: So simple, so lovely on: January 09, 2009 03:08:11 PM
I do love it!  Very fun, and your stitching is lovely.  Smiley  I also love that you said the frame was "too gold to take seriously," hehe.
4  COOKING / Dessert / Re: Pumpkin Crumble (with pic) on: October 25, 2008 04:32:41 PM
Just made this last night - I was in need of a pumpkin fix and this seemed quick and easy enough.  This is fabulous!  The pumpkin part tastes like pumpkin pie, and the cake mix creates such a lovely texture.  Just perfect if you love pumpkin as much as my husband and I do! Thanks for sharing this recipe.  Smiley
5  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Completed Projects / Re: I hate "The Pill" on: May 12, 2008 11:35:34 AM
Fabulous job with this!  It actually really touched me, and it looks gorgeous.  I'm on the pill, but I, too, have mixed feelings about it.  Crafting is a great way to express frustration.

By the way, yay for waiting till marriage!  I did it, too.  Smiley
6  CLOTHING / Designer Clothing Homage / Re: Green Atonement Dress on: April 25, 2008 02:44:17 PM
Has anyone had any luck with this?  I'm a little bit obsessed with this dress, too.  Smiley
7  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: My first embroidery... adult-ish on: January 31, 2008 06:12:21 AM
Great job!  And what a fun gift idea for your boss.  I decided to make the set of these girls (there are four) for my bathroom wall, but I haven't finished them yet.  I've decided to leave the, um, lipstick out of mine.  Wink
8  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: Refashioned vintage cashmere cardigan! on: January 29, 2008 09:10:42 PM
This is absolutely gorgeous. Smiley
9  CROCHET / Crochetalongs / Re: Long Open Shawl Crochet-a-long. on: January 29, 2008 06:12:00 PM
I started this with only two repeats to make it a skinny scarf.  I'm using grey CSS and an F hook, and it's looking lovely.  Smiley
10  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Re: The Monster at the End of This Post--Lovable, Furry Old Grover <3 on: January 29, 2008 05:53:48 PM
I had to reply because this was my favorite book as a little kid!  Fabulous job with your Grover.  He looks wonderful.  Smiley
