I found this awesome pillow panel on clearance, and I thought it would be an awesome bag. So easy to put together, It only took about 1 hour to cut out and sew both bag and lining.

Decepticon on the other:

3  Marilyn in pink in Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by minky996 on: January 20, 2008 11:36:57 AM
--Sorry the pics are so dark, I have no clue how to make them any better--

So I visited the thrift store the other day, and found this awesome t-shirt.

Close up of Marilyn:

Only problem was it was a size 26/28 women's. Ok, so I am not a tiny girl, but I am about a size 18, so the shirt was a bit big. So I had seen these posts:

and was totally inspired to make a hoodie out of my new find! I also found a shirt to compliment at the thrift store as well, and I also had a shirt at home that I used:

The dark pink on the left I did not use for this project.
End Result:

I love how it turned out, It is so comfy! I also added a pocket on the front, but that does not really show in the pics.

8  Re: Crabius Minimus in Amigurumi: Completed Projects by minky996 on: September 18, 2007 06:37:49 AM
Awesome job!!! I am almost done with my first one, it takes a bit, but it is worth it!!! I will share pics when I am done, Hopefully tonight or tomorrow.

***edit***
Finally done! here are a couple pics I took. For size reference, that is a 2 liter soda bottle. the pattern called for wired legs, but I did not have any craft wire in a big enough gauge, so his legs are a bit limp, but he is still very cute! I used Bernat Baby Coordinates Yarn in Blue Bonbon and an F hook
